Obviously, a list of all the churches in Denver would be far too long and too difficult to read through. So, here are a few of your options for Sunday mornings and weekday nights.
Tapestry Community
It began with a series of questions--what if the church was like this? like that? Built on love? Comfortable? About community? And those questions stemmed into the Tapestry Community. The church meets in a loft in Lowry every Wednesday night. They eat together at 6:30 and start church at 7:00. The church also supports local art by hosting art shows in the loft from time to time. Aurora Alliance Church
Aurora Alliance meets in a traditional church setting with contemporary worship and a pastor who, if he hadn't pursued his current career, could easily have become a comedian. Service starts on Sunday morning at 10:30AM. The church is located at 156 Alameda Parkway, which is only about two minutes away from the junction of Alameda and 225. Fellowship Denver
Located at 1300 Broadway (corner of Broadway and 13th) Fellowship Denver meets in the Colorado History museum. Visit their 10:15AM Sunday service, park for free at 1290 Broadway behind the ING building and enjoy churching it up.
Pathways Church
1700 E. Louisiana, in the South High School, meets the young Pathways Church. They start their Sunday morning service at 10:45AM.
Denver Community Church
Service starts Sunday at 10AM for Denver Community Church, who define themselves as holistic, missional and Christian community. They are located at 1101 S. Washington and can be reached at 303.777.1102.
